  The main "Data Architecture Anchor, Query Optimisation Engine, ETL Pipeline Specialist & Database Reliability Guardian" in our software engineering and business intelligence operations is the SQL Developer in Enterprise Data Operations Database Architecture, Query Optimisation, ETL Pipelines, Data Modelling & Business Intelligence Specialist. Your main responsibility is to design, write, test, optimise, and maintain complex SQL queries, relational database structures, stored procedures, triggers, and extract-transform-load (ETL) pipelines while CTOs, chief data officers, and enterprise architects create macro data strategies, cloud migration roadmaps, and analytics frameworks. As the "Guardian of Query Performance, Relational Integrity, Schema Scalability, and Data Accuracy," you assume direct responsibility for removing database bottlenecks and guaranteeing uninterrupted data availability throughout business apps.

   

  Key Skills: 

  Advanced Relational Database & SQL Command: Proficient in advanced joins, window functions, partitioning, and dynamic SQL on the main RDBMS platforms (Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle).

  Deep understanding of database engine internals, execution plan analysis, index architecture optimisation, statistics updates, and query profiling tools are all necessary for query profiling and performance optimisation.

  ETL Architecture & Integration Engineering: The ability to use SSIS, Talend, or Cloud Data Integration services to create reliable ETL workflows and manage error logging, incremental loading, data transformation, and schema drift.

  Data warehousing and relational modelling: strong command of dimensional modelling concepts, database normalisation principles, OLTP vs. OLAP design paradigms, and entity-relationship (ER) modelling.

   

  Experience: 3 to 6 yrs
