• PPC Assistant Engineer Raw Material Planning

  Job Description:

  Responsibilities:

  Production Scheduling & Dispatching: Assist in preparing daily and weekly master production schedules (MPS); issue job cards, route sheets, and dispatch orders to shop-floor machine lines.

  Material Requirement Planning (MRP): Monitor raw material, bought-out component, and WIP inventory levels; collaborate with purchase and stores teams to prevent material shortages and line stoppages.

  Capacity & Bottleneck Analysis: Track machine loading rates, line utilization, and cycle time variations; identify shop-floor bottlenecks and assist in reallocating jobs to balance line capacities.

  WIP & Shop-Floor Tracking: Monitor real-time job movement across manufacturing stages; track work-in-progress inventory, order stage clearances, and batch completions.

  PPC Analytics & Variance Reporting: Maintain daily production vs. plan variance trackers, schedule adherence metrics, OEE logs, and dispatch fulfillment reports using daily planning spreadsheets

   

  Experience: 2 to 6 yrs

  Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
