  Role & responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Monitor production metrics, analyze data, and identify opportunities for improvement in productivity and cost reduction.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues to maintain smooth operations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to production personnel, including training on new processes and equipment operation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies in all production activities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of processes, procedures, and equipment specifications.
  
  Preferred candidate profile
  • BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication industry
  • Proficient in reading engineering drawings.
  • Proficient in using measuring instruments.
  • Basic knowledge of fabrication techniques.
  • Basic understanding of ISO standards.
  • Proficient in handling manpower effectively.
  • Ensure compliance of all production equipment and processes with
  safety standards and regulations.
  Edu : Any degree

  Exp : 0 to 5 yrs
