  Job Description:

  Our manufacturing division's "Line Defense Commander" and "Product Defect Interceptor" is the QC Engineer (Quality Control Inspection & Material Validation Specialist). Your main responsibility is to physically inspect, test, and pass materials at every stage of production, converting customer quality goals and engineering plan tolerances into precise floor inspection procedures. You assume direct execution responsibility for conducting first-part inspections, testing batches, inspecting incoming supplier lots, utilizing laboratory gauges, and recording rework data in your capacity as the "Guardian of physical dimensions and part compliance."

   

  Key Skills: 

  Metrology & Precision Hand Gauge Mastery: Expert in the use of digital calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, slip gauges, and dial indicators for precise, fast measurements.

  Technical Blueprint & GD&T Reading: Excellent proficiency in deciphering geometric dimensioning and tolerancing callouts, as well as reading industrial blueprints.

  Defect Identification & Isolation Practices: Extensive knowledge of material classification, defect sorting, and official quarantine protocols in actual shop floors.

  Basic Failure Analysis & Troubleshooting: Strong problem-solving abilities to identify the precise cause of a part's deviation from specification limits.

   

  Experience: 3 to 6 yrs
