• Utility Maintenance Engineer Factory Engineering Role

  Job Description:

  Responsibilities:

  Plant Utility Operations & Continuity Execution: Manage and ensure that vital utility assets, such as high-pressure boilers, multi-stage air compressors, centrifugal chillers, cooling towers, and diesel power plants, operate continuously over several shifts.

  Boiler & Thermal NetworkManagement: Regulate combustion parameters, steam distribution grids, condensate return loops, and pressure-reducing stations to assure consistent thermodynamic transfer across processing sections.

  Air Compressor & Pneumatic Loop Optimisation: To prevent pressure decreases and cut down on auxiliary power waste, monitor and maintain desiccant dryers and central air compressor systems. Conduct systematic line-leak audits.

  HVAC, Chiller & Cooling TowerStabilization: Manage industrial refrigeration loops, construction air-handling units (AHUs), and cooling water loops, adjusting chemical dosing rates to stop scale buildup and corrosion.

  Water Treatment Plant Governance: Ensure that water softening arrays, reverse osmosis systems, and effluent/sewage treatment plants are operating in accordance with environmental regulations and discharge restrictions.

   

  Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

  Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
