    Job Description

    Our corporate and plant operations division's "Talent Architect" and "Human Capital Engine" is the human resource recruiter. While operational managers oversee production lines and financial teams manage budgets, your primary responsibility is to identify, attract, and secure the precise human talent needed to fuel our expansion, converting open vacancy requests and abstract skill descriptions into a consistent pipeline of highly qualified, vetted, and motivated professionals. As the "Guardian of Employer Branding, Time-to-Hire Benchmarks, and Candidate Experience Integrity," you have direct execution responsibility for mapping local talent pools, screening technical capabilities, coordinating interview matrices, managing salary negotiations, and driving the initial onboarding lifecycle.

     

    Responsibilities:

    End-to-End Talent Sourcing Strategy: Use a variety of talent channels, such as job portals, local technical networks, industrial job fairs, and specialised search partners, to create deep talent pools for corporate and plant vacancies.

    Technical and cultural screening: Conduct in-depth initial phone and face-to-face evaluations to assess candidates against specific technical criteria, behavioural alignment markers, and manufacturing shift flexibility requirements.

    Stakeholder and Interview Coordination: Work closely with Technical Heads, Plant Managers, and executive leadership to coordinate interview schedules, create panel evaluation summaries, and maintain selection velocity.

    Compensation Analysis and Offer Structure: Compare target profile wage parameters to company compensation grids; create, pitch, and negotiate balanced, competitive employment offers to increase candidate acceptance rates.

    Onboarding Navigation and Engagement: Manage the pre-onboarding communication loop to keep selected candidates engaged, oversee background verification (BGV) documents, and plan day-one factory induction pathways.

     

    Skills:

    Industrial recruitment dynamics and sourcing competencies include a thorough understanding of manufacturing role structures (machining, quality engineering, warehouse logistics, and safety), talent distribution models, and headhunting mechanics.

    Candidate Evaluation and Communication Mastery: Exceptional interviewing skills, strong behavioural diagnostic insights, and extremely compelling negotiation abilities are required to command authority and retain talent.

    Technical specification interpretation requires a strong ability to comprehend thick engineering job specs, decode technical competencies, and translate them to real-world resumes.

    Project Management & Multi-Tasking Agility: Strong organisational discipline is necessary to manage 15+ active multi-level job requisitions at the same time without affecting selection quality or candidate experience touchpoints.
