  Key Responsibilities
  
  Inventory Management
    Maintain inventory records for HVAC and MEP materials, tools, equipment and consumables.
    Monitor stock levels and initiate procurement requests for replenishment.
    Conduct regular stock verification and physical inventory audits.
    Ensure proper storage and preservation of materials.
  
  Material Receipt and Inspection
    Receive materials from suppliers and verify quantities and specifications against purchase orders and delivery challans.
    Coordinate with the procurement and project teams for material inspection and acceptance.
    Record all inward and outward material transactions accurately.
  
  Material Issue and Control
    Issue materials to project sites and maintenance teams as per approved requisitions.
    Maintain material issue registers and stock movement records.
    Track material consumption and prevent wastage or pilferage.
  
  Documentation and Reporting
    Maintain GRN, material issue vouchers, stock registers, and inventory reports.
    Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
    Coordinate with accounts and procurement departments for reconciliation of records.
  
  Store Housekeeping and Safety
    Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the store.
    Follow safety procedures for handling and storing HVAC and MEP materials.
    Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory management procedures.
  
  Required Qualifications
    Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
    3 7 years of experience in store management, preferably in HVAC, MEP, construction, or facility management industries.
    Good communication and coordination skills.
    Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
    Ability to work under pressure and meet project requirements.
  
  Pay:  45k -  50k  per month
