Vendor Negotiation & Contract Management: Excellent ability to audit contractor performance, negotiate service criteria, and evaluate offers from commercial vendors.
Purchase request, purchase order (PO), invoice verification, and goods receipt notes (GRN) loops are all clearly understood as part of the procurement lifecycle competency.
Problem-Solving & Crisis Management: Excellent reaction time and poise to handle urgent workplace crises like plumbing leaks, power outages, or security problems.
