  Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

  Focus Skills:

  Mastery of Quality Control and Manufacturing Inspection: In-depth technical knowledge of sample standards, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, defect categorisation in metals, polymers, or assembly processes.

  Metrology and Testing Equipment Expertise: Practical knowledge of gauge calibration standards and precise measurement instruments.

  Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis and Problem-Solving: Mastery of structured quality problem-solving methods such as 8D Reports, 5-Why Analysis, Fishbone Diagrams, FMEA, and 7 QC methods.

  Strong working knowledge of ISO, IATF, or pertinent industry quality management system core tools is required for quality systems and standards.
