  The main "Shop-Floor Operational Anchor, Production Scheduling Engine, Capacity Utilisation Specialist & Manufacturing Execution Guardian" throughout our manufacturing operations is the Production Incharge in Manufacturing Industries Shop-Floor Leadership, Production Planning, Capacity Utilisation, OEE Optimisation & Operations Management Specialist. Your main responsibility is to oversee, lead, and manage day-to-day shop-floor manufacturing operations, carry out master production schedules (MPS), optimise machine capacity utilisation, optimise overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), and enforce stringent safety and quality standards, while plant directors and general managers create long-term corporate strategies, plant expansion budgets, and annual volume projections. As the "Guardian of Shift Output Target Achievement, Shop-Floor Discipline, Scrap Control, and Manufacturing Ethics," you assume direct responsibility for increasing plant productivity and meeting deadlines and financial constraints.

   

  Key Skills: 

  Shop-Floor Operations & Workforce Leadership: Demonstrated competence in overseeing engineers, line supervisors, operators, and multi-shift production operations in high-volume manufacturing settings.

  Production Planning Execution & Capacity Optimisation: Expertise in line balance, cycle time optimisation, production schedule execution, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) management.

  Expert implementation of 5S, Kaizen, TPM, Poka-Yoke, and root-cause defect reduction tools in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and Root-Cause Analysis.

  EHS & Shop-Floor Safety Management: Dedicated to upholding machine safety interlocks, regulatory safety compliance, and zero-accident workplace standards.

   

  Experience: 3 to 6 yrs
