  Job Description:

  Responsibilities:

  Chat, Email, and Digital Ticket Resolution: Use clear, precise, and expert written communication to address incoming customer questions, requests, and technical concerns via email, live chat, or ticketing systems.

  Transaction Processing & Data Verification: Follow standard operating procedures while doing high-volume back-office data entry, record validation, document verification, order processing, and account changes.

  SLA adherence and queue management: Maintain stringent Turnaround Time compliance, keep an eye on designated ticketing queues, give priority to urgent customer requests, and meet daily processing quotas.

  Quality Compliance & ErrorReduction: Ensure little rework or error flags during quality audits, maintain high transaction correctness, abide by data privacy laws, and follow process requirements.

  Cross-functional coordination and issue escalation: Determine complicated issues, system flaws, or fraud indicators; forward unanswered tickets to specialised internal teams or Tier-2 support with thorough case documentation.

   

  Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

  Education: Any Basic Degree
