  Focus Skills:

  Expert technical proficiency with industrial gearboxes, bearings, couplings, ball screws, linear guides, mechanical clutches, brakes and power transmission assemblies is required for industrial mechanical systems and machinery repair.

  Proficiency in Hydraulics and Pneumatics Engineering: Extensive practical knowledge in reading hydraulic and pneumatic schematics, diagnosing pressure losses, troubleshooting proportional and servo valves, and rebuilding hydraulic cylinders and pumps.

  Precision shaft alignment, dynamic balance, vibration analysis interpretation, thermography inspections, and lubrication analysis are all practical tasks in predictive maintenance and mechanical diagnostics.

  TPM Framework & Mechanical Safety Discipline: Strong knowledge of machine guarding laws, 5S shop floor procedures, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) safety procedures, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
