  Your Duties:

  Shift Technician Leadership & Breakdown Operations Control: Oversee, assign, and manage shift maintenance technicians and electricians to ensure prompt response, diagnosis, and repair for CNC/VMC machinery, stamping presses, hydraulic systems, conveyors, and plant utilities.

  Preventive and Autonomous Maintenance Supervision: During shifts, supervise and confirm that daily, weekly, and monthly PM work orders are carried out; audit operator Autonomous Maintenance (Jishu Hozen) procedures, such as cleaning, lubrication, tightening, and inspection.

  Enforce stringent industrial safety compliance, lockout-tagout (LOTO) protocols, permit-to-work systems, machine guarding integrity, and PPE usage throughout all maintenance jobs.

  Spare Parts Allocation & Inventory Tracking: Work with the central store to manage shift stock issuance, keep an eye on the quality of spare parts, and regulate the use of maintenance materials at the shift level.

  Analysis of the Root Cause and Ongoing Improvement Support: Oversee major machine stops' shift-level breakdown analysis (5-Why, Fishbone), put immediate containment measures in place, and work with maintenance engineers to create long-term CAPA.
