  Job Description

  The main "Equipment Reliability, Machine Availability & Preventive Maintenance Anchor" in each of our production facilities is the Maintenance Engineer-Industrial Machinery, Preventive Maintenance, TPM & Reliability Engineering Specialist. Your main goal is to guarantee maximum equipment uptime, reduce unplanned downtime, and prolong the operational lifespan of high-precision manufacturing machinery, automated production lines, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and utility installations, while production engineers oversee throughput targets and quality engineers maintain product compliance. As the "Guardian of Machine Availability, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), and Plant Safety," you are directly responsible for overseeing the shop floor's routine maintenance schedules, emergency breakdown responses, spare parts inventory control, and autonomous maintenance initiatives.

   

  Key Duties

  Execution of Preventive and Predictive Maintenance: Plan, carry out, and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly programs for Condition-Based Monitoring (CBM) and Preventive Maintenance (PM) on all production equipment and utilities.

  Lead urgent root-cause troubleshooting for acute mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC/automation breakdowns on operational production lines to quickly and safely restore operations. This is known as breakdown troubleshooting and root cause failure analysis, or RCFA. Use Fishbone and 5-Why analyses to get rid of recurring failures.

  Total Productive Maintenance & Overall Equipment Effectiveness: To reduce equipment-related losses and increase machine OEE, drive TPM Pillars on the shop floor while collaborating with operators.

  Spare Parts Inventory & CMMS Management: Keep track of all work orders and preventative maintenance schedules in the CMMS/ERP system, manage maintenance budget expenditures for essential spares and consumables, and maintain appropriate spare parts reorder levels.
