  Your Duties:

  Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly via email, live chat, or web ticketing systems.

  Perform high-speed, accurate data entry, document verification, and account updates in the internal CRM and database systems.

  Review, investigate, and process order cancellations, refunds, billing queries, and account adjustments according to company policies.

  Escalate complex technical or operational issues to appropriate tier-2 support teams or department leads with complete diagnostic notes.

  Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, transaction steps, and resolution details in the ticketing platform.

  Adhere to standardized communication templates, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and strict data privacy guidelines.

  Consistently meet or exceed key performance metrics, including First Contact Resolution (FCR), Average Handling Time (AHT), Quality Audit scores, and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) ratings
