  Job Description:

  The "Lifeline Architect" and "Resource Conservation Engine" of our manufacturing division is the Utility Maintenance Engineer. While production engineers manage localised assembly lines, your primary mission is to guarantee the uninterrupted, highly efficient supply of critical plant utilities transforming raw electricity, water, and fuel into stable, continuous streams of high-pressure steam, chilled water, compressed air, and clean process fluids across the entire factory footprint. As the "Guardian of Plant Up-Time, Boilers and Pressure Vessel Safety Codes, and Carbon Footprint Footprint Reductions," you assume direct responsibility for managing water treatment chemistry, maximising central plant efficiency, minimising industrial fuel consumption, and operating heavy utility blocks.

   

  Key Skills: 

  Heavy Thermodynamic & Utility Asset Mastery: Proficient operational control of central pumping systems, screw/reciprocating compressors, industrial refrigeration units, and high-pressure fuelled boilers.

  Fluid Mechanics and Piping Network Blueprint Literacy: Capable of reading sophisticated piping and instrumentation diagrams, isometric utility network blueprints, and industrial valve mapping schemes.

  Industrial Chemistry & Water Quality Testing: The ability to assess water qualities practically in order to guide precise chemical treatment processes.

  Energy Auditing & Waste Heat Recovery Methods: Strong insight into industrial energy dynamics, identifying waste heat streams, flue gas profiles, and applying insulation modifications.

   

  Experience: 3 to 6 yrs
