  The AR Caller (Medical Billing) manages revenue cycle management (RCM) operations, claim follow-ups with U.S. healthcare insurance payers, denial resolution, claims appeals, and outstanding accounts receivable recovery. This role ensures timely reimbursement for healthcare providers, reduces Days in Accounts Receivable (DAR), minimizes write-offs, enforces HIPAA compliance, and maintains precise tracking of claim statuses and payment clearing metrics.

   

  Key Skills: 

  Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, Commerce (BCom), Business Administration (BBA), Computer Applications (BCA), Arts (B.A.), or equivalent diploma.

  Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience as an AR Caller, RCM Executive, Claim Follow-up Specialist, or Medical Billing Associate in the U.S. Healthcare process.

  Technical Mastery: US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Medical Billing Software (eClinicalWorks, AdvancedMD, Kareo, Brightree), ICD-10/CPT coding awareness, EOB/ERA interpretation, clearinghouse operations, and Excel tracking

   

  Location: in and Around Chennai
