  Job Description

  Experience: 2 to 5 yrs

  Education: Diploma/BE in Mech

  Location: In And Around Chennai

   

  Your Duties:

  Assist in generating and updating daily, weekly, and monthly Production Plans (MPS/MRP) based on customer sales orders and forecast demands.

  Create, issue, and track Work Orders (WO), Job Cards, and Bill of Materials (BOM) in the ERP system.

  Monitor daily Work-in-Progress (WIP) across shop-floor stations, track production vs. target variance, and identify bottlenecks affecting output schedules.

  Coordinate with the Stores and Purchase departments to ensure timely availability of raw materials, bought-out components, and tooling prior to batch release.

  Maintain accuracy of Master Data in the ERP system, including Cycle Times, Lead Times, Routing, and Bill of Materials (BOM).

  Generate production variance reports, machine capacity utilization sheets, and ODR (On-Time Delivery Rate) reports for management review.

  Coordinate sub-contracting and vendor dispatch processes, tracking material movements sent for external operations
