  Responsibilities:

  System Design & Power Distribution: Design and review electrical schematics, single-line diagrams (SLDs), cable sizing, switchgear layouts, transformer load balancing, and motor control centers (MCCs).

  Installation & Commissioning: Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical machinery, drives (VFDs), PLCs, distribution boards, and backup power systems (UPS, Diesel Generators).

  Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on electrical infrastructure; perform root-cause analysis (RCA) on drive failures, trip events, and power surges.

  Safety & Regulatory Compliance: Enforce electrical safety protocols (LOTO, arc flash protection, earthing/grounding checks) and ensure compliance with statutory electrical inspectorate norms and factory safety acts.

  Energy Analytics & Asset Tracking: Monitor power factor performance, energy consumption trends, electrical breakdown hours, and spare inventory usage using daily engineering tracking spreadsheets

   

  Required Skills: 

  Education: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), or Power Systems Engineering.

  Technical Mastery: Electrical CAD software (AutoCAD Electrical/EPLAN), SLD reading, VFD & PLC troubleshooting, HT/LT power distribution, relays, circuit breakers, and power quality analyzers

   

  Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
