• Production Supervisor for Industry KPI Monitoring

  Job Description

  Duties:

  Shift Manpower & Workstation Supervision: Oversee the daily manpower deployment across assembly/machining stations; control shift attendance; efficiently rotate line operators; and uphold workstation discipline in order to achieve daily shift production goals.

  Line Output & Hourly Target Execution: Track hourly production output in real time in relation to scheduled shift targets; promptly detect and address material shortages, machine setup delays, or line bottlenecks to ensure consistent line pacing.

  First-Off Verification & Quality Control: Make sure operators adhere to SOPs and work instructions; work with quality inspectors to approve first-off parts and quickly contain non-conforming items.

  Line Downtime & Material Coordination: Work closely with maintenance professionals to handle equipment stoppage situations, and cooperate with stores and logistics to guarantee that raw materials are delivered to assembly lines on time.

   

  Focus Skills:

  Frontline Shop-Floor Supervision & Operator Leadership: Demonstrated capacity to guide, inspire, and lead machine technicians, contract workers, and line operators in hectic manufacturing shop floors.

  Shift Execution & Line Bottleneck Resolution: Quick troubleshooting of shift operating stoppages, line loading, takt time adherence, and a practical grasp of assembly/machining workflows.

  Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality inspection checklists, part dimensional checks, and defect containment measures are all necessary for quality process adherence and first-off validation.

  Workplace Safety & 5S Implementation: Active dedication to upholding industrial safety regulations, machine safety interlocks, the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and 5S shop-floor upkeep.
