• Supervisor of Quality Quality Assessment and Report

  Job Description:

  Responsibilities:

  Shop-Floor Quality Leadership & Inspection Supervision: Oversee, assign, and direct QC inspectors' daily tasks throughout the receiving, in-process, and final inspection phases; enforce control plans, inspection checklists, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  Non-Conformance Management & Root Cause Analysis: To implement successful Corrective and Preventive Actions, issue Non-Conformance Reports, oversee defect containment/quarantine protocols, and guide cross-functional teams in carrying out 8D, 5-Why, and Fishbone investigations.

  Metrology, Line Clearance, and Audit Compliance: Manage gauge calibration procedures, Gauge R&R studies, first-piece inspection, and line clearance prior to the commencement of mass production. Regularly carry out Layered Process Audits and QMS compliance checks.

  Cross-Functional Alignment & Customer PPAP Support: Assist Quality Management during customer audits and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) sample submissions; work with Production, Maintenance, and Toolroom leads to solve recurrent defect trends.

   

  Experience: 3 to 5 yrs

  Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
