  Job Description:

  The PPC Assistant Engineer (Production Planning & Control) supports master production scheduling, shop-floor dispatching, capacity requirement planning (CRP), material requirement planning (MRP), and work-in-progress (WIP) tracking across manufacturing operations. This role ensures smooth material flow, minimizes machine idle time, optimizes inventory turnover, and aligns daily line output with customer delivery commitments.

   

  Key Skills: 

  Education: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering.

  Experience: 1–4+ years of hands-on experience as a PPC Engineer, Production Planner, or Planning Assistant in manufacturing setups (automotive, engineering fabrication, precision machining, or plastics).

  Technical Mastery: Production planning concepts (MRP, MPS, CRP), ERP systems (SAP PP, Tally, Oracle), Bill of Materials (BOM) structure, cycle time analysis, Lean manufacturing, and advanced spreadsheet modeling

   

  Location: in and Around Chennai
