  Your Duties:

  Shift Operations Execution: Oversee daily production activities on the shop floor, keeping an eye on assembly lines and machine layout streams to ensure that the desired output figures are met on time and securely.

  Workstation Cycle Balancing: To improve overall operational flow, analyse manufacturing workstations to identify line bottlenecks and optimise cycle parameters, machine takt times, and labour arrangements.

  Changeover & SMED Management: Manage tooling configurations and product changes, utilising Single-Minute Exchange of Die (SMED) methods to save machine downtime and improve multi-product runtime flexibility.

  Standard Operating Compliance: Make that personnel follow the proper PPE and equipment handling guidelines by enforcing stringent adherence to engineering drawings, plant safety regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  Lean Manufacturing Audits: To cut waste and lower unit manufacturing costs, conduct frequent 5S workplace cleanings, value stream inspections, Kaizen tracks, and continuous improvement cycles.
