  Job Description

  Who you are:  

  Assists in creating and updating daily, weekly, and monthly production plans (MPS/MRP) based on customer orders and anticipated needs. Create, publish, and track work orders (WOs), worksheets, and bills of materials (BOMs) in ERP systems (SAP, Tally, custom ERP, etc.). Monitor work in progress (WIP) at all stations on the manufacturing floor daily, track production against target variance, and identify bottlenecks impacting production schedules. Works with stores and purchasing departments to ensure timely availability of raw materials, purchased components, and tools prior to batch release. Maintain accuracy of master data in your ERP system, including cycle times, delivery dates, routing, and bills of materials (BOMs). Generate production variance reports, equipment utilization charts, and ODR (on-time delivery rate) reports for management review. Coordinate shipping processes for subcontractors and suppliers and track the movement of materials sent to external operations.
