  Job Description

  The primary "Electronic Repair Technician, Shop-Floor Component Specialist, Sensor & Instrumentation Executor & Equipment Up-time Guardian" in each of our manufacturing facilities is the Electronics Technician in Manufacturing Industries PCB Rework, Component-Level Repair, Instrumentation, Equipment Reliability & Maintenance Analytics Specialist. Your main responsibility is to carry out hands-on electronic maintenance, printed circuit board (PCB) component soldering/rework, sensor calibration, breakdown troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance across all electronic control units, embedded modules, and automated manufacturing production equipment, while Electronics Engineers, Maintenance Managers, and Plant Operations Directors set macro maintenance schedules, electronic compliance standards, safety protocols, and operational goals.

   

  Key Duties

  Hands-on Electronic Breakdown Repair & Soldering: To reduce machine downtime, respond quickly to shop floor breakdown calls by performing component-level diagnostics and soldering/desoldering rework (SMD and through-hole) on damaged control PCBs, power supply units (SMPS), relay boards, and electronic drive modules.

  Preventive and Routine Electronic Maintenance: Complete daily, weekly, and monthly electronic preventive maintenance (PM) checklists that include thermal checks on all electronic control panels, PCB surface cleaning, ESD workstation audits, connection tightness checks, and enclosure cooling fan inspections.

  Installing, testing, aligning, and precisely calibrating industrial electronic sensors in automated production lines is known as sensor calibration and instrumentation setup.

  Control Unit & Harness Wiring: Using circuit schematics and wiring diagrams as a guide, assemble, wire, crimp, and route auxiliary electronic control modules, signal cables, connector pins, and precision electronic wire harnesses.
