  Job Description

  Key Skills:

  strong team-building, leadership, and operational management abilities to oversee sizable, multi-shift shop floor workforces.

  extensive knowledge of line layout optimisation and manufacturing processes (machining, assembly, sheet metal, stamping, casting, or moulding).

  practical understanding of 5S, Kaizen, 8D problem-solving tools, Lean Manufacturing concepts, and TPM implementation.

  profound familiarity with engineering drawings, route sheets, SOPs, and shop-floor technical documents.

  Practical experience using MS Excel for daily production reporting and target tracking, as well as ERP manufacturing modules (SAP PP, Oracle, or MES)

   

  Experience: 3+ yrs
