  Focus Skills:

  solid technical foundation in thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, machine design, mechanical engineering, and manufacturing technology.

  strong command of 3D CAD modelling and drawing software, as well as knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.

  strong knowledge of standard manufacturing procedures (such as CNC machining, metal forming, casting, injection moulding, welding, heat treatment, and sheet metal fabrication).

  familiarity with rotating machinery, hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical power transfer, and structural finite element analysis (FEA).

  practical knowledge of ERP/CMMS systems (SAP PM), Root Cause Analysis (8D, 5-Why), and Quality Core Tools.

  Excellent communication, cross-functional leadership, project management, and analytical capabilities
