  Key Skills:

  Advanced RCM Analytics & AR Management Mastery: profound knowledge of HIPAA rules, financial KPI reporting (Days in AR, NCR, CCR, First-Pass Resolution), and strategic proficiency in US healthcare accounts receivable management.

  Complex Denial & CARC/RARC Categorisation: Outstanding capacity to map Remittance Advice Remark Codes (RARC) and Claim Adjustment Reason Codes (CARC), analyse large EOB/ERA dataset exports, and create interdepartmental preventive action plans.

  Coding literacy and payer guidelines: thorough understanding of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS codes, CCI edits, modifier usage, CMS-1500/UB-04 formats, and commercial/government medical coverage policies (LCDs/NCDs).

  Billing Software & Data Mining Capabilities: Advanced data manipulation abilities employing clearinghouse analytics portals (Availity, Optum, Change Healthcare) in conjunction with practical experience with major Practice Management (PM) and EHR systems (Epic, eClinicalWorks, NextGen, AdvancedMD, AthenaHealth).

   

  Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
