  Job Description

  Key Skills:

  Frontline Shop-Floor Supervision & Operator Leadership: Demonstrated capacity to oversee, guide, and inspire contract workers, machine technicians, and line operators in hectic manufacturing shop floors.

  Shift Execution & Line Bottleneck Resolution: Quick troubleshooting of shift operating stoppages, line loading, takt time adherence, and practical comprehension of assembly/machining workflows.

  Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality inspection checklists, part dimensional checks, and defect containment techniques are all important components of quality process adherence and first-off validation.

  Workplace Safety and 5S Implementation: Active dedication to upholding industrial safety regulations, machine safety interlocks, the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and 5S shop floor upkeep.

   

  Experience: 3 to 7 yrs

  Salary: Based on Company Norms

  Education: Diploma/BE in EEE
