  Job Description

  Key Skills:

  Excellent teamwork, technical troubleshooting, and leadership abilities in both mechanical and electrical systems.

  extensive familiarity with industrial machinery parts, such as gearboxes, power transmission systems, hydraulic pumps, motor drives (VFDs), PLCs, and pneumatic circuits.

  practical knowledge of computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS, such as SAP PM, Fiix, and UpKeep) for planning preventative maintenance and tracking work orders.

  strong grasp of OEE optimisation, Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) concepts.

  demonstrated proficiency with electrical schematics, fluid power (hydraulic/pneumatic) diagrams, and mechanical assembly drawings

   

  Experience: 5+ yrs
