• Service Engineer Realistic Field Assistance Role

  Job Description:

  Responsibilities:

  Field Installation & Commissioning: Oversee the final software/PLC parameter initialisation, structural alignment, electrical integration, and physical installation of manufacturing equipment at customer sites.

  Emergency Field Diagnostic Troubleshooting: Identify and fix mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control system issues by employing methodical physical and logical diagnostic procedures in response to emergency machine breakdown warnings at client locations.

  Preventative and Warranty Servicing: To maximise machinery lifecycles, plan, carry out and record regular preventative maintenance contracts, component calibrations and software patches for operational field assets.

  Client Operator & Maintenance Training: Provide client engineering teams and floor operators with formal technical training modules that cover safe machine handling, minor debugging, maintenance schedules, and safety procedures.

   

  Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

  Education: Diploma/BE in ECE
