  Focus Skills:

  Advanced knowledge of mechanical systems (drives, spindles, gearboxes, alignment), electrical panel wiring, hydraulic/pneumatic circuits, and PLC/HMI fault diagnostics (Siemens, Fanuc, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi) is required for electromechanical troubleshooting and industrial automation.

  Installation, Calibration, and Precision Alignment: During machinery commissioning, expertise in precision levelling, laser alignment, geometric accuracy checks, dial gauge inspection, and mechanical load testing.

  Customer Relationship Management and Technical Communication: Excellent communication skills when interacting with customers, the capacity to handle anxious clients during severe equipment malfunctions, and a clear technical explanation of machinery problems and solutions.

  Site Safety & EHS Adherence: Total dedication to risk assessments at third-party production facilities, personal protective equipment (PPE) compliance, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, and site safety standards.
