  Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

  Focus Skills:

  Combined Electrical and Instrumentation Maintenance: Proficiency in both field instrumentation (transmitters, control valves, solenoids, sensors) and electrical control wiring, motor starters, contactors, relays, and three-phase power circuits.

  Expertise in Calibration and Loop Testing: Practical expertise using process calibrators, including multimeters, HART communicators, pressure hand pumps, dry-block temperature bath calibrators, and multifunction loop calibrators.

  Automation Signal & Control Circuit Knowledge: Capacity to trace 4-20mA/0-10V control loops, check PLC I/O module field wiring, read electrical schematics, P&ID drawings and control loop diagrams.

  Strong adherence to industrial safety standards, lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures, arc flash safety, grounding/earthing checks, and safety regulations for hazardous/flammable process settings are all part of the shop-floor safety and intrinsic safety standards.
