    Job Description

    The main "Electrical Execution Engine, Panel Assembly Specialist, Wiring Lead, Equipment Reliability Technician & Electrical Maintenance Integration Lead" for our industrial manufacturing and facility operations is the Electrical Technician Wiring, Panel Assembly, Equipment Maintenance, Safety Compliance & Maintenance Analytics Specialist. Your main responsibility is to carry out practical installation, testing, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical equipment, control panels, wiring systems, motors, and lighting infrastructure, while Electrical Engineers, Maintenance Supervisors, Chief Engineers, and Plant Operations Directors establish overarching electrical system architecture, preventive maintenance frameworks, capital equipment budgets, and safety compliance standards.

     

    Responsibilities:

    Panel Assembly, Wiring, and Cable Laying: To assemble, wire, and label control panels, MCC/PCC units, junction boxes, and industrial cable tray installations, read electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and layout drawings.

    Preventive and Predictive Electrical Maintenance: Perform regular, planned preventive maintenance on AC/DC electric motors, transformers, switchgear, circuit breakers, variable frequency drives, UPS systems, and industrial lights.

    Field troubleshooting and fault diagnosis: Replace blown fuses, malfunctioning contactors, relays and damaged wire; quickly respond to operational electrical breakdowns; and use diagnostic meters to isolate electrical defects.

    Electrical Safety & Lockout/Tagout Compliance: Make that all work complies with plant electrical safety requirements, conduct grounding/earthing verifications, confirm zero-energy states, and strictly apply LOTO procedures before servicing electrical circuits.

    Equipment Testing & Minor Modifications: Help Electrical Engineers perform thermal checks, motor winding tests, insulation resistance testing, and the execution of authorised electrical change notices on plant equipment.

     

    Skills:

    Industrial control panel wiring, cable crimping, dragging, ferrule numbering, busbar bending, and tidy routing in accordance with schematic drawings are all examples of electrical craftsmanship and wiring expertise.

    Diagnostic Tools & Measuring Capabilities: Practical expertise with basic and intermediate electrical testing equipment (Digital Multimeters, Meggers/Insulation Testers, Clamp Meters, Phase Rotation Testers, Earth Testers).

    Strong working knowledge of electrical components, such as contactors, thermal overload relays, MCBs/MCCBs/ACB circuit breakers, push buttons, limit switches, solenoids, and three-phase induction motors.

    Safety Adherence & LOTO Discipline: Strict commitment to electrical safety procedures, knowledge of high-voltage and low-voltage safety, use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and lockout/tagout procedures.
