• Back Office Executive Business Process Operations

  Job Description:

  Responsibilities:

  Data Processing & ERP Entry: Input, update, and manage operational records, sales orders, purchase requisitions, inventory logs, and customer data in corporate ERP systems and spreadsheets.

  Document Control & Management: Prepare, organize, and archive daily reports, invoices, dispatch papers, meeting minutes, and compliance documentation; maintain structured digital and hard-copy filing systems.

  Inter-Departmental Coordination: Serve as a back-end communications bridge between sales, supply chain, accounts, and production teams to verify order details, track order statuses, and resolve documentation discrepancies.

  Order Processing & Vendor Support: Process customer orders, create delivery challans/invoices, verify vendor bills, and coordinate dispatch schedules with logistics partners.

  Operational Analytics & Report Generation: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational summary reports, track task fulfillment timelines, analyze data entry error rates, and maintain master tracking spreadsheets

   

  Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

  Education: Any Basic Degree
