  Job Description:

  The main 'Process Architecture Engine, Production Line Specialist, Manufacturing Efficiency Anchor, Quality System Guardian & Plant Operations Integration Lead' for our enterprise manufacturing operations is the Manufacturing Engineer Process Optimisation, Production Line Design, DFM/DFA, Lean Manufacturing & Operations Analytics Specialist. Your main responsibility is to design, implement, optimise, and maintain effective manufacturing processes, production lines, tooling, and workflow automation, while operations directors, plant managers, chief engineers, and supply chain leads create overall manufacturing strategies, capital expenditure budgets, plant expansion goals, and corporate safety frameworks.

   

  Key Skills: 

  Deep technical proficiency in manufacturing process design, line balance, time and motion studies, capacity modelling, and unit cost reduction across assembly, machining, fabrication, or moulding activities is required for Manufacturing Engineering & Process Optimisation Mastery.

  Core Quality & Risk Methodologies (PFMEA, DFM/DFA, SPC): Expertise in PFMEA, DFM/DFA reviews, SPC, gauge R&R, and root cause analysis.

  Lean Manufacturing & Industrial Engineering Principles: Using Lean tools practically to increase productivity and get rid of non-value-added tasks.

  CAD and Tooling Design Proficiency: Using 3D CAD software to create bespoke manufacturing fixtures, assess part clearance and tolerances, and generate assembly line layouts.

   

  Experience: 3 to 7 yrs

  Location: in and Around Chennai
