  Focus Skills:

  Payroll Processing & Gross-to-Net Calculations Mastery: Comprehensive technical understanding of leave encashment, gratuity, bonus calculations, gross-to-net computation regulations, and salary components (Basic, HRA, Special Allowance, LTA).

  Employees' Provident Fund (EPF), ESIC, Professional Tax, Payment of Bonus Act, Payment of Gratuity Act, and Income Tax Section 192 guidelines are just a few examples of the practical knowledge of statutory compliance standards.

  Proficiency in Payroll Systems and HRIS: Practical knowledge of using contemporary payroll engines and HRIS software, such as GreytHR, Keka, Darwinbox, ZingHR, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, or Workday.

  Data secrecy & Query Resolution: A strong dedication to maintaining complete secrecy while processing sensitive compensation data, as well as compassion and clarity when addressing employee payroll, tax, and reimbursement enquiries.
