• Maintenance Team Supervisor Technician Allocation 

  Job Description

  Duties:

  Supervise, schedule, and assign daily tasks to maintenance technicians, millwrights, industrial electricians, and mechanics across operational shifts.

  Execute Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) work orders, overseeing preventive maintenance (PM), predictive maintenance (PdM), and corrective maintenance activities.

  Lead rapid root cause failure analysis (RCFA) during major machinery breakdowns, implementing permanent mechanical or electrical countermeasures to eliminate recurring failures.

  Monitor critical plant utilities and infrastructure, including air compressors, cooling towers, boilers, HVAC units, transformers, and water treatment systems.

  Manage shop-floor spare parts inventory, monitoring minimum stock levels for motors, bearings, sensors, valves, and drive belts to ensure fast turnaround times during repairs.

  Oversee autonomous maintenance routines, total productive maintenance (TPM) pillars, and machine lubrication schedules in coordination with shop-floor production supervisors.

  Enforce strict EHS, OSHA, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with high-risk work permits

   

  Focus Skills:

  Strong leadership, team management, and technical troubleshooting skills across both mechanical and electrical systems.

  Deep knowledge of industrial machinery components, including PLCs, motor drives (VFDs), hydraulic pumps, pneumatic circuits, gearboxes, and power transmission systems.

  Hands-on proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS, e.g., SAP PM, Fiix, UpKeep) for work order tracking and preventive maintenance planning.

  Solid understanding of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) concepts, Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), and OEE optimization.

  Proven ability to read and interpret mechanical assembly drawings, electrical schematics, and fluid power (hydraulic/pneumatic) diagrams
