• Accountant End-to-End Accounting Operations

  Job Description

  Duties:

  Prepare, post, and maintain daily accounting entries, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and general ledger accounts.

  Perform routine bank reconciliations, vendor invoice verifications, customer payment allocations, and inter-company reconciliations.

  Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing processes, including accruals, prepayments, and fixed asset depreciation schedules.

  Calculate, process, and file statutory tax returns including GST, TDS, sales tax, and withholding taxes in compliance with local regulations.

  Support internal and external audits by gathering financial documentation, schedules, and ledger details for auditors.

  Monitor daily cash flows, prepare routine budget variance reports, and maintain accurate accounts chart structures in the ERP system.

  Maintain organized physical and digital archives of invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and tax documentation

   

  Focus Skills:

  Strong understanding of accounting principles, GAAP/IFRS standards, ledger maintenance, and statutory tax regulations (GST, TDS, direct/indirect taxes).

  Hands-on proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems.

  High proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, data reconciliation formulas).

  Exceptional numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical problem-solving capabilities.

  Strong organizational, record-keeping, and time-management skills to meet strict reporting deadlines
