  Your Duties:

  Plan, schedule, and execute preventive, predictive, and autonomous maintenance programs across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic equipment.

  Lead rapid diagnosis and repair during unplanned machine breakdowns, analyzing root causes through Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) to prevent repeat occurrences.

  Monitor critical plant utilities and infrastructure, including air compressors, boilers, cooling towers, HVAC systems, transformers, sub-stations, and water treatment plants.

  Implement condition monitoring techniques such as vibration analysis, thermal imaging, oil analysis, and ultrasound testing to detect potential equipment failures before occurrence.

  Manage Computerized Maintenance Management Systems for logging work orders, tracking machine history, maintaining maintenance logs, and monitoring MTBF/MTTR metrics.

  Maintain optimum store levels of essential spare parts, electrical components, hydraulic valves, motors, and bearings, optimizing inventory costs while preventing stockouts.

  Enforce strict shop-floor Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) policies, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols, hot work permits, and high-risk maintenance safety guidelines
