  Job Description:

  Responsibilities:

  QA/QC Inspection & ITPExecution: Comply with authorised Inspection and Test Plans, Quality Control Procedures, and project specifications by carrying out incoming material inspections, in-process installation checks, and final quality sign-offs.

  Verification of Electrical and Instrumentation Systems: Check for correct installation, torqueing and labelling of high/medium/low voltage switchgear, motor control centers, transformers, variable frequency drives, cable trays, conduits, impulse lines, pressure/temperature/flow transmitters, control valves and ground grid networks.

  Audits of Hazardous Areas and Explosion-Proof Compliance: Verify that electrical and instrumentation equipment deployed in designated hazardous locations complies with ATEX, IECEx, or NEC regulations for glanding, sealing, flamepaths, and intrinsic safety barriers by conducting thorough inspections.

  Testing, Pre-Commissioning, and Calibration Verification: Observe and attest to crucial field tests such as insulation resistance testing, high-potential testing, loop checks, continuity tests, ground loop resistance measurements, and instrument calibration verification to guarantee precise measurement loop performance.

   

  Experience: 2 to 4 yrs

  Education: Diploma/BE in E&I
