• Non Voice Process Executive MIS Reporting 

  Job Description:

  Responsibilities:

  Digital Communication & Inquiry Resolution: Manage inbound customer queries, requests, and issue escalations across non-voice communication channels (live chat, email ticketing systems, social messaging) with high speed, accuracy, and professional written communication.

  Back-Office Data & Transaction Processing: Perform high-accuracy data entry, document indexing, record updates, transaction validations, and account reconciliations in enterprise software systems (ERP, CRM, custom back-office platforms).

  SLA & Quality Adherence: Execute tasks within designated Service Level Agreements (SLAs), turnaround times (TAT), and Quality Assurance (QA) accuracy benchmarks.

  Workflow Exception & Error Resolution: Identify data discrepancies, missing documentation, or system processing errors; execute standard exception-handling workflows or flag issues to level-2 support teams for rapid resolution.

  Operational Analytics & Task Tracking: Maintain detailed operational tracking spreadsheets for daily processed volumes, error rates, SLA completion status, pending ticket queues, and channel activity metrics

   

  Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

  Education: Any Basic Degree
