    Job Description:

    The Back Office Executive serves as the "data engine" and "administrative core" of our corporate and plant management divisions. While sales teams handle customer orders and plant operators run physical assembly lines, your primary responsibility is to manage, validate, and synchronise the massive flow of documentation and digital records that keep the company running converting raw purchase receipts, shipping manifests, invoice approvals, and inventory counts into clean, error-free, and audit-ready data tracks. As the "Guardian of Document Flow, System Synchronisation, and Operational Data Integrity," you are directly responsible for processing client orders, checking vendor data submissions, matching stock records, and creating business analytics dashboards.

     

    Key Skills: 

    Data Control & Systematic Information Processing: Proven capacity to handle large alphanumeric datasets quickly and with a remarkable low margin of error.

    ERP Navigation and System Literacy: Complete operational confidence in navigating core administration screens, lookup windows, and data entry paths across major platforms such as SAP, Tally Prime, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics.

    Industrial Documentation Literacy: A working knowledge of standard business formats and their structural validations.

    Time Management and Priority Structuring: A high level of self-discipline is required to manage various administrative operations at the same time, as well as clear unexpected data requests within tight operational deadlines.

     

    Experience: 3 to 6 yrs
