• Demo Entry Executive Patient Profile Management

  Job Description:

  Responsibilities:

  Register and update comprehensive patient demographic information (e.g., name, DOB, address, contact details, guarantor details) in medical billing software.

  Enter primary, secondary, and tertiary insurance policy details, policy numbers, group numbers, payer IDs, and subscriber relationships into patient accounts.

  Cross-verify demographic and insurance information against patient registration forms, face sheets, clinical encounter notes, and insurance cards.

  Perform electronic or portal-based Insurance Eligibility and Benefits Verification (EV) to confirm active coverage, effective dates, copays, deductibles, and co-insurance requirements.

  Identify and correct incomplete, mismatched, or missing registration data prior to medical coding and claim submission.

  Maintain strict quality benchmarks for high accuracy, low error rates, and rapid daily record entry targets.

  Comply fully with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations, privacy standards, and company data security guidelines

   

  Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
