  Job Description:

  Responsibilities:

  Quality Management System (QMS) and System Audits: Oversee internal layered process audits (LPAs) and external customer/third-party certification audits; maintain, audit, and constantly enhance the QMS in complete compliance with ISO, IATF, or industry-specific standards.

  Quality Planning & Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP): Establish Quality Control Plans, Work Instructions, inspection standards, and finish PPAP submissions for new product releases in conjunction with engineering teams and NPI (New Product Introduction).

  Corrective & Preventive Action (CAPA) Leadership: Use structured problem-solving techniques to ensure strong corrective action verification while assisting cross-functional teams in their investigation of field returns and customer non-conformances (NCRs).

  Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) & Auditing: Perform quality audits of vendor facilities, assess Supplier Quality Ratings, handle Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs), and make sure incoming material quality protocols comply with plant requirements.

   

  Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

  Education: Diploma/BE in ECE
