  Focus Skills:

  Deep practical understanding of medical billing operations, EOB/ERA structures, EFT reconciliation, lockbox procedures, CARC/RARC rejection reason codes, and patient responsibility computations is required for US healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) and remittance mastery.

  Financial correctness & Numerical Precision: Outstanding speed and 100% correctness in batch balancing, contractual write-off computations, line-item payment distribution, and numerical data entry.

  Medical Billing Software & Clearinghouse Proficiency: Practical knowledge of clearinghouse payment portals and practice management systems.

  Accounting Reconciliation & Audit Discipline: Excellent analytical skills to identify discrepancies in payments, settle unapplied credit balances, balance bank deposits, and keep transparent audit trails.
