  Working Hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm
  
  Job Summary:
  We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Design Engineer with 2+ years of experience in mechanical design or product engineering. The ideal candidate will be proficient in AutoCAD and Fusion 360, have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, and be capable of creating and managing accurate design documentation. This role involves developing 3D models and 2D drawings, managing Bills of Materials (BOMs) and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product designs meet performance, cost and manufacturability requirements.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  
  Develop and modify 3D models and 2D drawings using AutoCAD and Fusion 360.
  
  Prepare, manage and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) to ensure accuracy and traceability.
  
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, procurement, quality) to ensure designs meet cost, manufacturability and performance standards.
  
  Conduct design calculations, material selection and tolerance analysis for product reliability.
  
  Review and interpret engineering requirements, customer specifications and technical documentation.
  
  Support prototype development, testing and design validation activities.
  
  Maintain design documentation, revision control and adherence to company drawing standards.
  
  Identify and propose design improvements to enhance product quality, efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  
  Qualifications & Skills:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  
  2+ years of experience in mechanical design or product engineering.
  
  Proficiency in AutoCAD and Fusion 360.
  
  Strong understanding of manufacturing processes such as machining, fabrication and assembly.
  
  Knowledge of BOM creation and management.
  
  Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  
  Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative engineering team.
  
  Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  
  Willing to travel to all project sites as required.
  
  Pay: ?25k- ?30k per month
