  Key Skills:

  Manufacturing Quality Assurance & Control Mastery: In-depth understanding of shop-floor quality control methods, ISO/IATF quality standards, sampling strategies, and quality assurance systems.

  Excellent Core Tools & Engineering Drawing Interpretation: Full proficiency in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing, Core Tools, and callout interpretation for engineering drawings.

  Fault Tree Analysis, 5-Why Analysis, Fishbone (Ishikawa) diagrams, 8D Problem Solving methodology, and CAPA validation are just a few of the structural root cause analysis approaches that are mastered.

  Metrology, Gauging & Inspection Systems: Practical experience using surface profile testers, height gauges, micrometres, CMM programming and operation, and calibration management systems.

   

  Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
