  Job Description

  Duties:

  Plant Utility Operations & Continuity Execution: Manage and guarantee the continuous, multi-shift functioning of vital utility assets, such as diesel power plants, high-pressure boilers, multi-stage air compressors, centrifugal chillers, and cooling towers.

  Boiler & Thermal NetworkManagement: Regulate combustion parameters, steam distribution grids, condensate return loops, and pressure-reducing stations to assure consistent thermodynamic transfer across processing sections.

  There are a lot of different types of things that are going ongoing systems that can be eliminated.

  HVAC, Chiller, and Cooling Tower Stabilisation: Control building air-handling equipment, cooling water loops, and industrial refrigeration loops. Adjust chemical dosing rates to prevent corrosion and scale accumulation.

  Water Treatment Plant Governance: Ensure environmental compliance with discharge restrictions by overseeing the functioning of water softening arrays, reverse osmosis systems, and effluent/sewage treatment plants.

   

  Focus Skills:

  Heavy Thermodynamic & Utility Asset Mastery: Proficient operational control of central pumping systems, screw/reciprocating compressors, industrial refrigeration units, and high-pressure fuelled boilers.

  Fluid Mechanics & Piping Network Blueprint Literacy: High proficiency reading complex Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), isometric utility network blueprints, and industrial valve mapping schemes.

  Industrial Chemistry & Water Quality Testing: The ability to assess water qualities practically in order to guide precise chemical treatment processes.

  Energy Auditing & Waste Heat Recovery Methods: Strong insight into industrial energy dynamics, identifying waste heat streams, flue gas profiles, and applying insulation modifications.
