  Job Description:

  The Demographic Entry (Demo Entry) Executive in Medical Billing is responsible for accurately entering patient personal, demographic, and insurance coverage information into the electronic health record (EHR) and practice management (PM) systems. Operating at the front end of the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) workflow, this role ensures all patient details, subscriber information, and insurance policy data are verified and entered without error, preventing downstream claim rejections, clearinghouse edits, and billing delays

   

  Key Skills: 

  Strong understanding of US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) front-end workflows, demographic entry, and insurance verification procedures.

  Familiarity with primary/secondary insurance structures, commercial payers, Medicare, Medicaid, HMO/PPO plans, and policy terminology.

  Excellent data entry speed with exceptional numerical and typographical accuracy.

  Hands-on experience with medical billing software, EHR, and PM platforms (e.g., eClinicalWorks, AdvancedMD, Kareo, Epic, NextGen).

  High attention to detail, strong problem-solving capabilities, and basic proficiency in MS Office
